How you are able to integrate your device to a LoRa-Network-Server depends on which device you are using and the manufactorer of the device. Please refer to the list below to find out how you recieve the keys for your order:


As stated on your delivery note, we send the keys to your devices as a CSV file to the email known to us. If you have not recieved your keys until your order arrived, please create a ticket or contact us via email at support@smartmakers.de and mention the order number or delivery note. After checking your data we will send you the keys.


If the hardware has been ordered by your purchasing department, this file may end up in a mailbox that you do not have access to. If this is the case please create a ticket or write an email to support@smartmakers.de. Please make sure to mention the order number or delivery note. After checking your data we will send you the keys.
